Art Above Tech

Terms of use

Last updated: 12 August 2026

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the ArtAboveTech mobile app. They do not replace the purchase agreement or warranty for the speaker itself, and they do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Using the app

The app is provided free of charge for use with ArtAboveTech speakers. You may use it on any device you own. You may not resell it, or attempt to use it to interfere with equipment that is not yours.

Your network

The app operates on your local network and needs your Wi-Fi credentials to set up a speaker. You are responsible for using it only on networks you are allowed to use.

Third-party services

Spotify integration is optional and governed by Spotify's own terms. Spotify Connect and AirPlay are provided by the speaker's firmware. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their continued availability.

Availability and changes

The app is offered as it is. We work to keep it functioning, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruption or defects, and features may change as the product develops.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ArtAboveTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
